Within 12 hours of joining Bingham’s Coaching, you will receive a welcome email containing your initial assessment form. Once the form is submitted, we can schedule a date for your transformation to begin.
Your Package Includes
- Initial Assessment - This assessment will include in-depth goal planning, lifestyle questionnaire, movement analysis check sheet, and posture analysis to assess your strengths and weaknesses.
- Individualised Training Plans (Including exercises, reps, sets, tempo, and coaching ques)
- Body sculpting to transform your weaker areas that you wish to improve and areas where you are already strong or dominant.
- Power building (powerlifting and bodybuilding combined)
- How to overcome barriers that are holding you back from achieving your goals
- Steps to improve your quality of sleep
- Two-three check-ins per week with me via email or WhatsApp as needs be to ensure you are progressing in the right direction for the best results possible. (This is YOUR responsibility and an especially important part of your journey)
- Improved concentration levels for better work quality
- Periodisation- micro, meso, macro cycle
- Injury prevention - Mobility and stretching demonstration videos
- Weekly Skype call (optional)
